Lately we have been floored with inquiries on the control of RATS. I'm sure sometime in our life we have been warned to always wash or clean the top of the cans of drink that we purchase. The reason is that there might be the presence of rats urine.
In order to control RATS, we must first understand their behavior. Rats are smarter than we give credit for. They will not simply take any type of food or poison that you may place for them. They taste, they observe and they will shy away if they find that the item they are consuming is of danger to them. That is why you can never get rid of them by yourself and need the help of a pest control operator. The baits that are placed by the PCO are specially formulated to avoid bait-shyness. Even with this advantage the PCO needs to know much more to stop other rats from coming into your premises and that is why only a few PCO are capable to provide such services. Always ask your PCO on the method they will employ and you can make your assessment from their reply.
Remember always, your property does not need to be dirty for Rats to invade.
You are right. It is very hard to get rid of rats. They are very smart. This is really a job for the expert. But, any one can control rats by using the best technique of controlling them. We can prevent them form making habitat into our house by removing those products which attract them like food, and water sources. And also removing the products which rats use for making nest. Rat controlling is really very difficult. Proper knowledge is required for controlling those devils. Expertise comes through experience. Proper inspection and preventive care protect us from those devils.
